The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect #fullname~this provider#. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
