Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
