My mother went to St Ann's after a stroke for rehab. I went to see her regularly and on the fourth day found her in the dinning room resting her head on a table. I went to comb her hair and found a big lump on her head with dried blood. On further inspection their was another large swelling on her left leg. No one in the facility could tell me what had happened and she had not received any medical attention for her injuries. From her injuries I concluded she had fallen forward from her wheel chair which caused the head and leg injury. Some one picked her up, put her back in the chair and never reported it. She was unable to talk and say what happened so they kept it quiet. Do not use this facility. There disregard for patient safety is appalling.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
