They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here,However sad, that so many ppl abuse this luxery the staff found a way to help all by keeping items ie.. toilet paper only giving it out by request.. If ppl really want to help themselves.. This place will give the best tuff luv guidance 24/7. Most ppl that come here doesnt even know the maintance,care the givers give many times w/o pay.. using their own $ to try to entertain ppl by giving Family/pts. a good time and stress free ways of interacting with all, staff included.. Its not a place to take advantage of using it as a freebie or drug rehad or even jail.. just ppl that are lost and the staff helps them find their own way.. its temporay for most but many have taken up residence there . I recommend this plcae and staff to anyone w/ an open miond to help themselves. My sister has been there a year now and only God and this place has put her back to where she will be leaving and starting her new life w/ gratefull and many thx to everyone that was there when Family was impossible.. Family of Ruthie Angel will forever be grateful to these ppl esp. Teresa.. and all

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
