They don't care to bother themselves with helping you figure out how to fill out benefit applications papers and refuse to do so even though the denial letter said we could ask them to act on our behalf in filling in the appeal. All they care is whether you pay the money, with or without any aid from others.

We withdrew my mother out of their facility to prevent their further running up her bill because they would not help with the paperwork. We are taking care of her ourselves with no help from anyone. And we are going to have to pay for the rest of her life to pay off her debt to this facility.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
