My grandmother is a patient. While in the care of this facility, she has been over-drugged to the point where her rehab has been interrupted and tehrefore, her funding has been threatened to be discontinued. Her wound is not healing yet the rehab staff has cancelled important appointments with her doctor. Additionally, she has fallen twice out of bed while in their care. This facility has forgotten that these patients are clients and they have a choice of care. I do not recommend this facility

It's unsafe, smells like urine, staff smells like cigarettes, faulty/antiquated equipment, lousy food, lazy nurses. Residents are pushed into the hall to sit on wheelchairs all day so that the nurses don't have to leave their chairs at the nurses station. The place in run-down with cheap and broken furniture. I could go on and on ... DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!
