This is a nice place with a beautiful setting. The nurses are all very nice and know exactly what they're doing, so I know my mom is getting really good care there. I do have two complaints with Raintree Manor though, and that's no common area for guests with the exception of one very small sofa as you enter the building. Also since I have to drive 2 hours to get there as I live out of town, there are no unlocked guest bathrooms to <url removed>'s not a problem if there's someone in the office but if there's not then a person's out of luck.
I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
