First, let me state that this nursing home is probably no better or worse than most -- which means it was a horrid experience. Minimal care, lacksidisal attitudes, bad food, poor parking, and call bells that apparently are just for decoration, not for signaling for assistance. The nursing staff (all two of them) were robotic, simply functioning as pill pushers, rolling their carts up and down the hallway but in the time I was there (three weeks for rehab) I never saw ANY hands-on nursing care or empathetic attitudes whatsoever. I guess they have become jaded towards patient care, but the staff was certainly enjoying themselves during their numerous loud, smoke breaks in the little alley way that served as a "courtyard". Boring, unstimulating environment. The Rehab and Administrative staffs were fine and friendly. If there was a doctor there, I never saw one. There waabsolutely no compassion -- a key element towards anyone's recuperation. And I absolutely pity the pour souls that have to live there permanently.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
