The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make
an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
