They seemed nice at first....but once they got me to sign in and take responsibility of the bill then things change...The office staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and were no help...and they had me running around in circles doing things that weren't needed...(other resident's families had told me the same thing)...The food was good and some of the caregivers were great but the PT was a joke...They didn't act like they even wanted my father to ever walk or be able to get around...They changed my father's meds without even telling me which led him to act strange..(I found that out after he was out of there)... They dropped major meds like his Stroke meds and Neuropathy meds and had increased his Depression meds by 400%!!! They were also injecting him with Insulin which he was not on before and not now.... And after Medicare had finished paying the Additional almost $6,000 a month for PT they wanted him gone...They Actually told me that my father got around Too good in his wheelchair! And that his mind was very Sharp!...but sent him to a Dementia Hospital to be evaluated! Well...I guess he did need to be evaluated since his meds had been changed! I am glad my father isn't there anymore...He is happy and actually walking now that he is out of there..He is actually going to the bathroom and not laying in a bed in a diaper with poop in it..And he is in a nice private room with his lift chair and furniture in it...And his Assisted living is much cheaper than the Nursing Home!!

Facility is extremely clean. Residents seem happy and well taken care of. The staff is friendly. The food the residents are served looks like it came from a 4 star restaurant.
