The place is not clean and very run down. The abuse and neglect are just amazing my Mom currently has puss coming out of her ears. Yes, Puss. Do you have any idea how infected an ear has to be to have puss. We had to take her to a regular doctor because Pennsburg the Manors Doctor decided not to show up for my moms appointment. And we are Horrified at the Nurse practitioner inability to provide medical care and diagnose simple things like Pink eye. Three weeks prior to the ear infection my mom had pink eye. Her eyes where so red you could not see the white. It took them days to obtain a prescription from this doctor on staff that neglects to show up for appointments. My mom was in tears tonight due to the shear pain she has been in.. She has been complaining to the staff at the Manor for over a two weeks about her ear. When will they stop the neglect. . Her ear looks like she was in a boxing match.

I really hate to post things like this but everyone has a right to know. If your loved one is in a home check up on them all the time. The care they get depends on your being a advocating for them. There are numbers you and call and places to get them help. My Moms rehab was good she loved that one therapist Bill He was so helpful. only good thing I can say
