The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock.
