I called the Parkway medical facility. I asked if it was a nursing home? I was told yes, by the lady answering the phone.
I asked to speak to human resources, and the lady on the phone asked me what I wanted to know.
I told the lady. I wanted to speak to human resources, and she replied, speaking! I asked the lady are you with human resources, she replied. " Maybe, what do you want to know"
I told her I did not appreciate her doing that. And that I wanted to speak to human resources about employment. And then she connected me to human resources.
To me, this is very unprofessional! I am disabled. There is a assistive device I use that records all of my phone calls for notetaking purposes. Since I am unable to use my hands!
My notes are time and date stamped! I have a record of this call!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
