First time I came in there's no person in the front or nurse station to greet me. Then I see staff walking they did not even stop to ask "can I help you". Some staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like they don't care about patients . None of my questions were answered, which I left couple of messages to the nurse who's in charge and nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed when I saw the place not a pleasant to stay. Everytime I visit my brother I have to find the nurse to ask the progress and most of the time they can't give me an answer. There's incident that when I was there my brother was complaining about his hearing on one of his ear. So I immediately told to the nurse and that nurse page the doctor whos in charge. Doctor said just give him some drops and make appointment to see ENT doctor. The nurse at that time said that they will submit a referral to my brothers IPA and once they received approval they will contact me (I spoke to May), which it never happened. I will never ever recommend this Facility to anyone. The facility and the staffing are not qualified to take care of any patients at all. They only want's money does not care about the condition of the patient. The only good thing that I can say is the speech theraphy. She gave us update regarding the progress of my brother and we can see how this therapist care about the condition of her patient.
