They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had a general idea where it was. I'll definitely be going back since it is the nicer nursing home in our area and I know a lot of the people who work there. The only bad experience I had there were the CNA's taking my mother's wipes, snacks, and adult diapers from her room for other patients and when I asked my mother what happened to them she told me the CNA took them and when my mom told the CNA that those things belonged to her she responded "oh, we share here". I thought, oh no we don't cause I bought those things for you and those other families need to supply what their family members need for them!

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. the nursing aids were very nice and gave more help than anyone eles . doctor Keith only saw daddy once while he was there and was giving him medacations that he should have not been giving due to his condition . They told us that when it was time for him to leave we would be giving a two week notice to make other arangements but they ending up giving us a six day notice instead . This caused so much stress on us to try to get things ready for him to leave . I regret ever putting him in Oakmont .
