Their facility was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something just from being there. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The staff was so respectful and courteous. They spoke kindly to all the patients, and never used any foul language or gossiped in front of the patients. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. This provider doesn't rank very high in my experience with others in their field. They have a habit of telling people what the want to hear rather than the facts. Place is a typical NH with horrible parking, little to zero bed side manner…….the rooms are average. There is nothing here that screams COME STAY AND PAY ME 11K A MONTH TO DO SO…….for that, hire sitters for your loved ones. The place is a joke and it is off the beaten path, parking sucks, noise is loud and its smack dab in the middle of the GHETTO
