I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
