Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.
