Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. The Nursing Assistants were rude and were never found when a patient needed any assistance. This will be the last place any of my family members will go to for rehab. They need to clean the entire building. The odor is very nauseating.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
