They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. It took over 24 hours, until we started getting angry and calling the higher ups to get anything done!!!
