They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. The bottom line is that sometimes a person is forced to place a family member and this nursing home is not as bad as some but not as good as others. Their are some excellent CNA's but at the same time watch out especially in the dementia wing where they seem to have a few EXCELLENT aides but seem to also place the aides that cannot cut it on the skilled side. As with any nursing home visit often and unexpectedly, and monitor your loved ones care. That way you KNOW they will get taken care of. I've seen sneaky aides not feed a client all their dinner just because the person might balk at one bite..NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
