I didn't have a problem so much with appearance as much as I did theft. The patient who stayed here, a relative, was told by nursing staff not to leave anything of importance or even MEDICAL EQUIPMENT since things have been stolen. This is unacceptable!!! How can a facility allow theft????? My relative's room partner's sweater and other belongings were stolen and my relative was told not to leave medical equipment overnight since there were thieves in the facility. I wish I could press charges but unfortunately I didn't catch the thieves!!! Do not stay here!!!!!
