This was the rudest staff i have ever encountered. Standing at the nurses station with questions, the charge nurse ignored me and made me feel like i was bothering her. The food was terrible, always cold and took over 2 hours to get to the room after ordered. If this is the best San Angelo has to offer I am afraid this city is in trouble. And we call San Angelo a retirement town?

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
