Absolutely poorly managed facillity. Call light repsonse 20 plus minutes, minimum. If patient is a fall risk or mind incompetence even in the littest form, this is NOT the place for rehabilitation or nursing care. Not the place for diabetics or medicine care. It's amazing how many times I have had to observe zero staff attendance in the wing my parent is in. Good thing I know how to change heavy soiled over flowing urine and diarreaha diapers. Toss out used rubber gloves left on the dresser by staff that actually tested sugar level. Wonderful office staff. Admitting accommodations were quick and responsive. After 3 weeks of observations, it's time to take actions starting here.

This is the worst place I have ever encountered for Transitional care. Here are a few of my complaints. My mother was on mobility restrictions after surgery, but the staff did not respond to the nursing buzzer for over 1/2 hour most of the time. She had to get up herself and go to the bathroom, as no one came to assist. her medication (oxycodone) was lost for over 12 hours while my mother was in extreme pain. She could not get to the bathroom in time and had a diarhea, but the staff did not clean her up, but just put a huge depends on her which kept falling off. I had to clean her up when I arricved to visit. She complained of having a bladder infection, but the staff ignored her complaints for 1 1/2 days and finally did a urine sample after the family insisted. She did have a bladder infection and it took another half day to get an order for antibiotics from the nurse practioiner. She was nausiated during her stay, but was not given the medication that had been ordered foir her. The staff seemed "put out" every time there was a request for anything. On seversl occasions she had to sleep on top of the bedding with her clothes on as no one came to untuck the bedding (she was unabvle to do thid herself) or assist her into her night clothes.I transferred her to another facility and the care was fantastic.
