This proved to be one of the most horrible experiences of our family's life. unanswered call lights, unchanged diapers, unnecessary roughness, and rudeness. I noticed it has a one star rating and to be honest it was one star to many. What a horrible nasty staff. Do not send your loved ones there it is not safe nor do they follow through with individual patient duties, This thing is making me put one star. I say no stars.

They offer the best pricing. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
