Not clean enough ,Family member, 3 weeks without a bath ,I had to ask them to give then a bath.Serving meals in corridor,also so should use plastic utensils.Bath rooms are not disinfected enough,

My Mother In Law (Rosetta Beckett) was in Magnolia for 27 days. It appeared that she was not being taken care of properly as she has Medicare & Tri-Care. The Tri-Care would of given her 100 days of rehab. She was so drugged ( too much blood pressure meds or something) that she could not do rehab. The Physical Therapist said she was doing very well, when she was able to do rehab. The Social Worker told my husband on 4/26/2012 that SHE WILL NOT BE GIVEN 100 DAYS. My Mother In Law was taken out of there on 4/29/2012. She has been sent to Colorado to another rehab. I will let you know the outcome. If this is the way we are taking care of Senior Citizens we should all be ashamed of ourselves. Why would you do this to any elder? Why? The food was worse than awful, 2 people to 1 room was gross. The square footage of the rooms are too small for 2 people. I want answers.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
