It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
