I had reason to call this facility and I have to say they are the nastiest people with bad additudes. I was transfered from one nasty person to the next nasty person until I finally hung up. With all the people that need jobs I think you can do better then this. If this is the way the staff treats people on the phone I truely fear for the old people that live there.....a course in phone etiquette would not be wasted money.....I was FORCED to give you 1 star so I could submit my review but you don"t even deserve that.....
