This facility does not offer long-term care. Do not place your family member here unless you are prepared to relocate them when they reach the point where they need long-term nursing care. My father had been in Langdon Place for almost five years when I was told he had to find a new facility "because he could no longer participate in the activities" of their Alzheimer's program. Had we known this when before we started, we would never had chosen this facility.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
