One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
