We are a part of Care Initiatives, Iowa’s largest not-for-profit skilled nursing and long term care provider. Kingsley Specialty Care accepts Medicare and Medicaid and also serves as a contracted provider for the Veterans Affairs Community Nursing Home Program.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions
