They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was p ointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They are understaffed and the patients suffer from that. Some of the most basic medical needs were forgotton again and again. I would not send anyone to Karen Acres.
