They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect #fullname~this provider#. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
