They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I will NEVER use this place again!!! They are BEYOND horrible!!! The food, the housekeeping, AND the healthcare are ALL sub standard!!! I wouldn't allow them to take care of my DOG!!!

Very disappointed w/ staff and facility at the Ironwood Health & Rehab Center. Felt staff was rough with patient. Toilets not working in patient's room. Staff not educated about their place of employment. Physician neglected to see new admit with in the first seven days--almost two weeks later, and still no physician visit. Hair salon services no show several weeks in row.
