My Father was on Hospice and died in this facility. The Nurses were rude un attentive and bossy. The Director of Nursing told family that they were not allowed to contact Hospice with their concerns regarding their Dad's care. That was their job. The only attentive care he received was the last 24 hours of his life. Otherwise average wait time for someone to answer a call light was 25 minutes. I would not recommend this facility for you loved one.

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her
