the care there is not good and the food is not good had to bring food there for the patient to eat some of the people there especially the nurse are very nice and they do care about the patient. that social worker they need to let her go. the rating is 0. and Sandra you need to let her go she is very rude with me on the floor like a street woman.

I have never taken a tour of this facility. However on my one and only visit there to see a resident I was talked down to by the head of Social Services. I think her name was Sandra. She was the rudest person. She had no class even though I was talking to her with compassion. She refused to allow me to visit a resident because she did not want to and explained that her head administrator said no. She also gave excuses about Dept of Health would not allow it. I think she is full of it. She said she has 15+ years of experience in this industry. But 0 years with class. I would not recommend anyone else to go there if this woman still works there,
