I have never taken a tour of this facility. However on my one and only visit there to see a resident I was talked down to by the head of Social Services. I think her name was Sandra. She was the rude st person. She had no class even though I was talking to her with compassion. She refused to allow me to visit a resident because she did not want to and explained that her head administrator said no. She also gave excuses about Dept of Health would not allow it. I think she is full of it. She said she has 15+ years of experience in this industry. But 0 years with class. I would not recommend anyone else to go there if this woman still works there,
This facility is totally disgusting. My family and I came from out-of-town to see our relative and upon seeing her and the conditions of this place, all we could do was cry. The staff members were ver y non-professional and demonstrated no courtesy or concern at all. We observed them with others patients and felt so sorry for them. Mannerism was very poor and the place itself smelled of urine as well as not clean. Why should any patient should have to endure such? Superiors need to do an unannounced evaluation to bring this facility up to par. If staff members are only there for the paycheck and not the total well-being of there patients, they should be terminated.
