I was on a waiting list with this facility for many months. The patient's Doctor gave me the name of this facility to inspect for the future need. However, the patient was still able to live at home. After a 3 week stay at the hospital, the patient was released to another facility offering short term stays, too. I called Holiday Manior to see about room availability. The Director Nursing was unprofessional and rudely informed me the patient I was responsible for placing was no longer on a "wating list" because of my inablity to make a decision for permanent placement. I am now forced to find another facility.
