My Mom stayed at Hillside for many years. Unfortunately the owners are
only interested in the almighty dollar. The facility has been recently renovated , but the care of residents remains lacking. Skeleton crews work at night and on weekends. They are unfamiliar with the patients and their needs since these CNA's and nurses only work a few hours a month.
Those that do work regularly seem to be terribly unhappy with Hillside Management. Lots of negative "vibes" going on here.
