I JUST VISITED MY MOTHER WHO IS A PT. there. the AC in dining area is out. It was 85-90 degrees in there. And my brother said it has been out for weeks. They atre sending laundry out to be done because machines are broken. My Mom is supposed to wear support hose but on both Mother's Day and today she was not wearing any. Guess they save money that way! They brought her Pimento cheese sandwich swimming in mushroom gravy and trying to eat with plastic spoon. I went out and got her something to eat. On Mother's Day she was served a waffle with yogurt and whipped topping for both BREAKFAST AND LUNCH! NOt good for a diabetic. Too often when I go see her there is fecal matter on her chair pad and is dried so that means they aren't cleaning her chair and/or pad. I would give less than a star if possible as a rating!
