The facility is old and run down. It could be kept a lot cleaner , but lacks supervision of all staff members . The staff is unmotivated and dont display much empathy for patients .Staff displays unprofessionalism in all areas.
Patients personal supplies are often stolen by staff; especially during night shift ! Again no supervision and no accountability . Administers need to be seen and present in all areas of the facility . More professionalism and accountability needed . Staff needs training in all areas.

The facility is very old but they work hard to keep it as clean as possible. The Administrator and his front office staff answered our questions and are very caring. They understood how difficult our situation was made us feel comfortable. The nurses and nurses aides work hard really try to make sure everything is taken care of. Always plenty of activities going on. Thats very important
