They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
