my mother went there after being admitted through Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn. She fell on her face and had to have xrays and stayed on her face on the floor for 30 mins. the other person in the ro om pressed the call button which is only a light outside the room nothing goes to the nurse station where everyone watches videos and any other area they can find. Daily they take the patients and part them infront of the tv un attented for 2-3 hours without call buttons and unsupervised. The public bathrroms by the nurse station had dirty diappers both time i went there. If you care take them someplace else.
The staff is less than desirable. Some were rude and not helpful. From the first day we stepped into the facility. First impressions mean a lot. The girl behind the nurses station didn't even look up at us when we arrived. She just pointed to were our room would be. There was no "Welcome"or even a" hello". Some of the nurses were so cold hearted toward my father-in-law and to other patients. I am a health care professional and I would be fired on the spot if I was so unprofessional. My father-in-law was just there for rehab. I feel sorry for the people that have to live there. I wouldn't let my dog stay here.
