Sister has liver failure and she was really sick to the point where she was very weak and she needed help walking. But she was talking, eating, knew who we were and where she was. She was admitted to Diamond Ridge on 10/22 only for physical therapy and to regain her strength so she could go home. The first time I visited there was no one at the front desk I had to go look into rooms until I found her.As for the staff what staff. Nurses never knew anything they never checked to see if my sister was ok not even after the alarm went off. It took a nurse 15 minutews after my sisters alarm went off to come check to see if she was ok. On 10/24 my sister was always sleeping when I went to go visit she was never awake. On 10/26 my sister was crying didnt want no one to touch her she was constantly yelling please stop. She was worser than I ever seen her. Nurses were unable to answer any of my questions regarding my sister behavior. I asked for a list of the medicine they were giving her they refused. That same night she was transferred back to delta by ambulance. My family was never called nor notified. We didnt even know she was transferred until the next day when we went to go visit and she was not in her room. To make a long story short this place is the most horrible, un-professional, not organized, no Dr.'s, nurses are rude and never know anything. I would never ever bring your loved ones to this place. My sister has gotten worser and now she is back at sutter in ICU. I hold Diamond Ridge responsible. They rather drug her up with meds to make her sleep so they didnt have to feed her, or walk her. They neglected her and showed no care for her at all. I thought places like that were only ones that I seen on T.V. but I was wrong. Diamond Ridge is living proof I have exp. and seen it. Some advice if you love you loved ones you would not take them there.

These is the 4th time my mother has been put here. The facility has gotten worse with every visit. The staff is very friendly, just not very helpful. No one knows what the other is doing. Someone canceled my mothers Dr. visit, but know one else knew, so my mother sat ready to be picked up by medic transport and no one came, everyone just blow it off on someone else. You are sent in circles if ever you need to talk to an admin. Their never in their office, no one answers their phones, when you try by phone and 9 out of 10 times, if you do speak to someone, their going to tell you, you need to talk to someone else. They have a transport van their which is part of the accommodations they offer, but the driver is inside painting walls, while the lady who was going home, next to my mom, had to pay for an outside company $220.00 to come and drive her home.
