They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
