They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.
