For a skilled nursing facility, Chatsworth Park is the best you can expect. Don't bother with the others this is the only facility that runs and operates like this around. Trust me I know. It is clean. The medical equipment is clean and satisfactory. The rooms of this location are very nice and pleasing to the eye. What is the staff like? The Nursing Staff? My experience: Once you actually get their attention the nurses will bring you whatever you needed as in meds quickly, and with a very nice bedside manner. But, you have to get their attention first as in go to their station wait to be acknowledged by someone who will probably tell you that they are not the correct person. This is not conducive to easing timely situations (like administering breathing treatments). So expect a wait for that great bedside manner - a long wait and perhaps a trip back to their station. This goes for all Nursing Facilities I have seen (stayed in 7 of them in 2011). The CNA's are good, knowledgable and willing once you get them. You can expect a longer wait for help here, much longer. They are miserably understaffed. Most can speak English but not understand it.very well. But once you get them to help you they go above and beyond. Again keep in mind that all the facilities I have seen are guilty of understaffing. If you can get your loved one in this facility do so. It is the best location you will find in the west valley. Just keep in mind that nursing homes are hazardous to your health. Educate yourself so you can obtain the best care for your loved one.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The office was easy enough to find.
