Not the nicest center. The receptionist acts like she is bothered by your questions and presence. Incompetent and immature admissions and administrative staff. I decided against allowing my family member to remain at Boulder Manor and have moved that person to a much nicer, cleaner, more competent facility. I would not take my dog to that place. Honestly I was depressed every time I went there or tried to deal with administrative staff. I feel very sorry for the CNAs and nurses trying to make the best of a run-down facility.
