It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Lady in Admissions named Lori was incredibly rude to our family and made us feel they did not care about the individual and more about money. She was awful and shouldn't have a job!
I have never had a negative experience with Bonnell. They have been friendly, thoughtful, careful, and seem to always go above and beyond. The primary thing is that they have always kept very nice care of my mother. And that is the most important thing!
I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They're really great about taking their time with my Mom, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
