Terrible, unprofessional, uncaring staff! building is a disgrace to nursing homes everywhere.
My family member was here and it was a terrible experience for the entire family. The staff all hate their jobs and everything they do for the patient is an inconvenience for them. My family member was sent out twice for dehydration and an infection he got while being there. The staff do not pass out waters to the residents and if you request one you wait a long time. The food is always cold. There is a huge turnover with the managers as they realize this is a terrible place to work. Staff fight in the middle of the hallways. Do not come here

I agree with the previous reviewer I smells there the stench of urine and possibly feces thickens the air in the residence rooms and even in the halls, it was My grandma's last home and it was the worst compared to the others she's been in, it is not know how she died but there are times that I feel it was the nursing home itself that killed her and not whatever medically was wrong with her.
