I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I do not recommend visiting or placing your loved one here. My parent has been neglected here
